Njeri Watkins is a visionary thought leader, business advisor, and corporate trainer,  pioneering new ground at the intersection of business, technology, and community. As a Blacks In Technology (BIT) Chapter Leader & Evangelist, Njeri leads the BIT Corporate Training Programs - 'Leading In The New Normal' and 'Managing Employee Retention.'

Njeri's far-reaching impact and indelible contribution involve engagements as a keynote speaker, expert panelist, guest lecturer, pitch competition adjudicator, and conference presenter for over 100 organizations across Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean. An influential educator in leadership, digital analytics, and business intelligence, Njeri has been a Digital Technology Instructor at The University of British Columbia for over a decade.

Njeri's eminence has garnered her a prestigious appointment by the Auditor General to the External Thought Leaders Team for The Office of Auditor General of British Columbia. On the national stage, Njeri received recognition as one of the 100 Accomplished Black Canadian Women and a Thought Leader in Innovation with INNOVATE Vancouver™ for the city of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
