The traditional education system teaches that the only pathway to a successful career is through a 4-year degree. Yet, on average, this leads college graduates to pay back life-long debt and get stuck in careers that leave them unsatisfied and unfulfilled. Without a clear pathway to post-secondary education and career options, we are not set up for long-term success!

In this session, Marlaina will delve into the need for alternative methods to explore career pathways and continuous upskilling to meet skills that are in high demand. Participants will explore the challenges and benefits of creating and using extended reality (XR), which includes virtual and augmented reality, to power the future of work through accelerated, immersive learning.
