It's no secret that technology is changing the nature of work. It's critical to understand how technology is shaping our economy and impacting the labor market. In this session, you will first learn how to face uncertainty as we experience rapid growth of digitization in our economy. These insights will ensure you're able to progress in your career with more clarity and confidence as you navigate the digital reality. One way to stand out in your career journey is to be clear on your unique strengths or "superpowers". Everyone has a distinct set of superpowers but most people have not invested the time to reflect on and identify what theirs are. The second part of this session will provide you with three tangible approaches you can take to help you identify your superpowers and understand how knowing your superpowers can support you in achieving your personal and career goals.
