This talk discovers the importance of student leadership in cultivating and propelling Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts within technical education. Taking a Transformational approach, attendees will hear from a student perspective how a continuous model of change can be sustained by students, and how educators and staff can empower students to take on these roles.
